Welcome to Online Weekly Report Tool

In Senior Design/Capstone Project courses, each class is divided into several teams and each team works on a two-semester long project. To manage the long term team project successfully, it is crucial for students to report their progress weekly to instructors and stake-holders to receive timely feedback and help.

This secure password protected Online Weekly Report Tool facilitates the communication among students, instructors, supervisors, mentors, and stakeholders of the projeccts:

1. Instructor - Instuctor can manage students accounts, setup projects with team members and team leaders, and view students' weekly progress report.
2. Students - Team members can edit individual weekly accomplishment, review previous reports, and update personal profile. Team leaders have an additional privilage of final submission of team's weekly report.
3. Dean, Mentors, and Stakeholders - Dean and others can search and view weekly progress report submitted by students.
